**Payment arrangements for wholesale orders will be confirmed with company stamped invoice along with a special identification number for tax purposes. Please forward any inquiries and follow up questions with regards to wholesale orders on questionnaire to the right to ensure your order gets processed correctly.

Return Policy

• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be based on the condition of the product.  All returned items must be in Brand New condition. Written requests must be within 3 days of receiving the item and will be evaluated for approval accordingly.
• Exchanges for sizes will be granted if we are notified within 24hours of item delivery date.  Buyer is responsible for additional Shipping & Handling Fees
• Non-delivery of the product: Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date if within US territory, 14 days Internationally.
• Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If any deficiency is approved, replacement of the product can be offered. Major defects may include sole separating from the uppers during the 1st week, for example.  Minor imperfections shall not be honored.
• Product not-as-described: Clear evidence must be provided & proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
